The designer has strong technical, aesthetic, innovative and creative capacity to meet requirements to complete design development commitments. WDC B-Rank is the a high and important achievement status that could be obtained by outstandingly creative, highly professional and exceptionally creative designers. Creative Group was assigned Transcendent Expert title within Expert tier, entitled to honorific Expert abbreviated as "DE".
